Refund Policy - 

Here at Wiener Tales our main concern is always whether the customer is happy! 

If you are unhappy with an item or sizing of a shirt, please contact us as soon as possible.  We prefer you contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

If a size doesn't work for you, we are happy to exchange or refund if there is no exchange available. We will always pay for return shipping too!

Please keep in mind that we print all of our apparel by hand. In some cases, we may not have an exchange readily available. However, we are always willing to work something out so that everyone is happy!

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to imporoper garment care. 

​

Always wash your hand printed garments in cold water, inside out, and dry on medium heat. Do not iron the print! You may use an iron on the rest of the garment, but a hot iron can overcure the ink in the design and cause it to melt, stretch or crack. 

​

If you find an item aside from our apparel is unacceptable or not to your liking, we can always work something out. 

​

If your item is damaged during the shipping process, we will do our best to right the situation. We take great care in packaging items properly as to avoid any damage during shipping.
